SEALER, FIRST SEAL CLEAR GUARD PENETRATING SEALER 5 GAL

Clear Guard® First Seal® is a reactive penetrating sealer that can be applied to 2 day old concrete. It is available in 1 gallon (3.8 L) jugs or 5 gallon (18.9 L) pails.

Used Alone:

-Creates a water resistant surface and a hydrophobic interior
-Repels water and salts
-Provides long term protection for the concrete
-Used as a Primer for all Butterfield Color® Acrylic Sealers:

-Forms a tenacious bond with the concrete and the Butterfield Color® acrylic sealer
-Allows for color enhancement of the Butterfield Color® acrylic sealer
-Greatly improves the durability of the Butterfield Color® acrylic sealer
