JCB has announced the launch of JCB E-TECH, a new generation of electric products with zero emissions at point of use. The first product in the new range is the JCB 19C-1E, the industry’s first fully electric mini excavator. The JCB 19C-1E is powered by a lithium-ion battery and has a digging depth of 2.1m, making it ideal for a variety of applications including landscaping, gardening and agriculture. With a weight of 1902kg, the JCB 19C-1E is also one of the lightest mini excavators on the market. JCB E-TECH products are designed to deliver increased productivity and lower operating costs, as well as being kinder to the environment.
