Description
Use this tool to make shallow joints with an indented line running down the middle. Creates a joint with a center line that makes the overall joint appear deeper. Choose this jointer with heavily textured brick to highlight the bricks. A popular jointer for colonial period brickwork and masonry restoration. The uniquely designed tool provides convenience when creating this joint. The bit is 1/8" wide on the center of the 1/2" wide blade. The 5" blade has a turned up end to easily move through the mortar. Forged from high quality steel for durability. The jointer is then sent through a unique heat-tempering process for hardness and long wear. The steel is then polished for a smooth, perfect joint every time. The shape of the tool keeps your knuckle out of the way of the bricks. A hardwood handle is attached with a steel ferrule and balanced for ease of use. The smooth hardwood handle is 4-1/2" long. The overall length of the tool is 11-5/8" long. Proudly made in the USA.
